Pain is a sign of infection, an interference field, IF, or congested toxins. Pain is our friend. Pain is a signal that something is wrong. Anesthetizing pain is ignoring the messenger.
Our bodies prefer to store toxins in fat, because toxins generally do less damage in fat than in muscle or bone. The brain and breast tissue are more than 60% fat. When our bodies store toxins in bone, we become frail; and are unable to stand properly. When our bodies store toxins in muscle, it hurts to move.
When our bodies are too toxic to excrete toxins, they continue to store toxins in the same site on our bodies until that site is full and
painful. Then our bodies will choose another site in which to store toxins. In their infinite wisdom our bodies choose sites that have already been compromised. This is how our bodies keep the number of toxic areas to a minimum.
A toxic site (including scars and surgeries) can remain painful for years, or it may stop being painful after just a few months. Having no pain does not mean an area is no longer toxic. It just means our bodies have stopped sending us messages that there is something wrong. This is similar to being in a room with cut onions. We stop smelling the onions after a short time even though the onions are still pungent and still in the room. These hidden prior areas of pain are interference fields, IFs.
The only ways I have ever found that have permanently eliminated pain are either or both, depending upon what the body wants:
1. Nutrients that a toxic area shows by QRA testing to want in order to help it restore optimum health. Make an appointment on my Contact page for this testing.
2. Mud pack the site causing the pain with the fluid that the body shows by QRA testing to want in order to help it correct that problem. The site causing the pain unfortunately is not always the site of the pain. For example, after we mud pack an episiotomy scar or tear that shows to be referring to the adrenals, the adrenals then test strong. When adrenals test weak, fatigue is usually a chronic problem. When we mud pack herneas and C-Sections that QRA testing has shown to refer to the stomach causing problems there (and there is not another interference field reflecting to the stomach like a bad tooth or a root canal), stomach problems disappear, and the individual is then able to take HCL with no problems. In general if we feel worse in the morning, the site causing the pain is below the site of the pain and referring up the body. If we feel worse at night, the site causing the pain is above the site of the pain and referring down. Low back pain is usually cause by at least one toxic site somewhere else that usually is not sore. The terminus testing technique must be used to discover the sites needing to be packed. There are, however, several natural ways and remedies to temporarily alleviate pain. I have listed these in the order I find to be most effective with my clients, but it also depends upon the type of pain.
1. Pain is often a sign of infection. Core Castor oil packs quell infection well, especially joint and tooth pain; but the permanent fix is to raise your pH above 6.4 and take PRL's Bone and Joint or 5 teaspoons of black sesame in your morning smoothie as well as do a series of mud packs to clear the toxins out of your body..
To do a core castor oil pack, cut a square of nontoxic flannel (like PRL flannel @ $15.95 for 20" x 60") no more than 30 square inches, e.g., 5" x 6" or 7" by 4". Place the flannel on a large plastic bag. Put sufficient castor oil ($11.95, 8 oz.), about 1 1/2 tablespoons, on the flannel to make it sticky but not so much castor oil that it will drip when you pick it up. Open 1 - 2 capsules of Gallbladder Complex (60 for $27.95). Sprinkle the contents of the capsules onto the castor oil on the flannel. Mix the Gallbladder Complex in with the castor oil with the back of a plastic (not metal) spoon. Place the pack, oil side down, onto the painful area. Cover the pack with a hand towel. Cover the hand towel with a heating pad, except NO HEATING PAD ON THE HEAD OR NECK. Leave the pack on for an hour. Do a castor oil pack no more than twice per week. If you get detox/cleansing symptoms within 12 hours, like headache or flu-like symptoms, do a coffee enema to get rid of it right away and do a smaller area next time and wait longer before doing another castor oil pack. 2. If there are congested toxins in a site that needs to be mud packed, rub a small amount of PRL's Zeo Mineral Cream (formerly called Pain Cream) into the site. Zeo Mineral Cream has help many people relieve pain for 4 to 5 hours at a time.
3. Clean our main detox organs, the liver and intestines. When detox organs are congested, our bodies circulate toxins looking for a past trauma site or fatty area in which to dump the toxins. The brain is more than 60% fat and thus is not only a favored place to dump toxins, but circulating toxins give us headaches and flu like symptoms. Do two coffee enemas per week for three to four months; and if you are still not having at least one bowel movements per day, make an appointment on my Contact page to investigate what else your body needs to help it clean itself out.
4. Pain along the sides of the legs and the top and back sides of the head is the gallbladder meridian, which can get clogged up if you are detoxing too fast (with Aloe Arborescens, doing too many mud packs without an enema, eating hydrogenated oil). Take 1 - 3 teaspoons of Gallbladder Nano Detox and start doing coffee enemas. The difference between a coffee enema and an enema without coffee is that the coffee takes the herbs in the enema to the liver and gallbladder. Thus a coffee enema cleans the entire colon as well as the liver and gallbladder.
5. I have a number of clients that calm down and fall asleep with a pyramid on their chests. Hold the bottom of a cell resonant pyramid (with a Multi-RT on each side) on the bottoms of your feet and the palms of your hands for 3 to 5 minutes each. Then hold the pyramid on the pain site for 5 to 30 minutes. Hold the pyramid by the RTs. Do not hold the edges. If the top point breaks off of a pyramid, it is no longer of use. Note that daily 30-minute use of the large 6" pyramid usually detoxes clients too fast causing flu-like symptoms. Two or three times per week is normally okay.
6. Ingesting 1 to 3 teaspoons of PRL's Inflammacidin has helped lots of problems from skin rashes to arthritis. Remember this is temporary relief of inflammation. PRL's Neem Oil and DNA Repair Cream also topically works wonders on skin rashes. Rhumatoid arthritis is a cooked food disease - originally a gut problem. Skin problems are normally also not resolved without resolving the underlying gut problem.
7. Use every one of your detox organs to its fullest. Join a gym with a sauna or purchase an infrared red sauna to enlist your skin to remove toxins. and listening to it at least two times per week. Enlist your kidneys by drinking half your weight in ounces of water per day. And do coffee enemas to help your intestines and liver. For more enema information, see the Q&A page.
8. Purchase an inversion table and/or a chi machine to move your lymph, and do not wear a metal underwire bra. The only female clients that I have had that wore metal underwire bras that did not have clogged lymph regularly exercised at a gym. Start slowly with an inversion table and chi machine with just a minute a day. Work up to 10 minutes on the
inversion table and/or 20 minutes on the chi machine three times per week. An inversion table actually works best when you change positions every 1/2 to one minute from vertical head up to horizontal (or when you get practiced from horizontal to vertical head down). 9. Find a good chiropractor or masseuse. However, if our detox organs are too clogged up to remove the toxins that the chiropractor or masseuse releases, our bodies will put most of them back in the same place or another place.
10. 3 to 6 capsules of PRL's Circuzyme and/or 1 to 6 capsules of magnesium have been known to work wonders on headaches that begin at the neck. However, see a QRA practitioner like myself to get to the root cause of the problem.
11. Top and back of the head headaches, as well as snoring, are often a digestive problem, which indicates a need for Digest, HCL and Activator. However, many Vata body types cannot take HCL until stomach issues are resolved by mud packing.
12. Headband headaches are usually a lack of live B vitamins. Sugaraholics and alcoholics are in dire need of live B vitamins. See the Depression heading.
13. The gallbladder meridian is is very long. It begins in front of each eye, goes up over the top of the head then down the back of the head and neck and on down the sides of the legs to the baby toe. 1 - 2 teaspoons of PRL's Gallbladder Nano Detox has worked well on many clients with headaches that move along the gallbladder meridian.
14. Castor oil packs are anti-infective and have relieved pain for many. Castor oil is also called "the hand of Christ". The best place to put a castor oil pack is on the kidneys (for 1/2 to 1 hour, preferably with a heating pad over the pack). Putting a castor oil pack on the backs of our calves can also help our bodies flush toxins. DO NOT put a castor oil pack on your intestines unless instructed to by a QRA practitioner. This will hatch any parasite cysts (eggs), and if you are not taking anything to help your body get rid of parasites, you have done yourself a disservice. I highly recommend using PRL's Castor Oil and cotton cloth, which comes with directions, because we know they are not toxic. Both castor beans and cotton are often highly pesticide sprayed.
15. If you know your body type, PRL's body attars placed on the liver, the site of the pain and sniffed have helped many individuals relieve pain. Sniff from the finger used to apply the oil. Close all attar and essential oil bottles as soon as possible to keep the essence from escaping. A pitta body type usually has or had a runner's body. A kapha body type usually gains weight at the drop of a hat, is usually heavy set and often well muscled. If you get ill easily, you are probably a vata; but on the good side,
vatas tend to be more intuitive than the other two body types.
16. A few drops of PRL's Lemonine applied directly on a pain site has been used for years to temporarily alleviated pain.
17. Eucalyptus and/or Peppermint essential oils relieves sore muscles when rubbed in.
